Project Engineer (Service division) Location : Seoul Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) The purpose of this job is to manage all orders from simple project to high complexity project after contract to final data book to make and guide all orders flow & close all orders smoothly between company and Customer. Order transition - Receive the order summary from sales engineers. - Transfer the order documents to Order handling team under F&A (for simple quote & for complex order, only submit order summary & customer contract) Project management - Place orders to the factory, E&S - Confirm the delivery time and the scope of the supply based on the contract with customer and OA provided by E&S or Factory - Review the customer specification and communicate with E&S - Kick off meeting participation together with E&S from each segment. - Customer comment/deviation follow up on the documents & the scope of supply. - Customer negotiation and solution development for deviation/issues (if necessay, engage sales team) - Customer inspection at factory coordination (joint visit to factory if necessary) - Communication with Sales, MU/BC, E&S, Factory if any deviation from the contract or if any issues arise. - Follow up the required certificate to each contract and prepare in time. - Communicate with order handling team to secure the invoicing process and payment settlement in time. - KGS registration and maintenance Claim management - CSS management: Registration, follow-up and monitoring - Claim flow management: Coordination with sales team - Required parts and service order - Monthly claim status report to manager (For whole PTD) Requirements / Qualification Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred +5 years of work experience with EPCs or international projects Intermediate level in written and spoken English |
