[자격조건] - 경영,경제학과, 금융관련 전공자 - 매출분석 경험 필수 - 1~10년 유관경력자 What you will do -Responsible for E-Commerce profitability through accurate forecasting, setting KPI’s and goals to steer our support functions. -Responsible for the operational part of E-Commerce, be the key point of contact across all warehouses, build relationship and drive your priorities towards Logistic. -Responsible for providing accurate and significant information to Logistics and Customer Service -Secure the best customer experience in areas of Distribution, Logistic and Customer Service and following up on profit and costs -Responsible for monitoring the warehouses stock levels and feedback to relevant department and together take actions -Working towards maximising the Customer offer: calculate on operational investments - technical improvements, competitive fees for customer delivery and return fees per market. -Support for the business performance; creates sales budget based on analysis of previous results -Support the P/L, profit and growth plan of the E-Commerce business, steering the unit in decision making -Work together with merchandising to do sales and return analysis that will results in actions to increase selling and controlling costs -Work with Buying, the DC’s and merchandising regarding intake, to ensure ISW are met, key products are in and inbound/outbound/returns are efficient -Support the controlling reporting by providing weekly sales analysis for the business to act on and seasonal follow up for the planning of coming years, steering the business decisions -Ensures and follow up on effective actions are taken by the E-Commerce team to increase selling to ensure no major deviation from planned goals and targets -Communicate with the Sales Organisation, Marketing, IT, Warehouse and the Logistic organisation -Drive the business forward by constant improvement in everything we do. The responsibility includes implementing new methods, new KPI’s, systems and always improving the way of working. -Responsible for the controlling method, keeping documentation, templates and business decisions structured in order to secure function growth About you -Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance, business or economics major -Strong analytical skills -Proactive, enjoys seeking information -Sales driven and result oriented -Leadership skills as well as strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels. -Identifies problems and provides easy solutions -Ability to work as part of a team and to lead and inspire |
