| 모집내용 | ※ 직무개요 - 공급업체 및 부품에 대한 전략 수립 - 공급업체 승인 및 기술 승인 - 공급업체 품질 확보 및 프로젝트 일정 및 제품 수명 주기(PLC)를 고려한 APQP 진행 - Global Category 품질 전략 및 품질 개선 활동 - 품질 문제 해결을 위한 지원 업무 - Drive and implement preferred supplier and component strategy - Supplier release and technology release - Supplier quality assurance along the complete process chain. Ensure all components are introduced (APQP) to project schedule and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements - Drive Global Category quality strategy and improvement programs - Escalation Management to support VT locations the problem / crisis solving ※ 자격조건 - 학사 학위 이상 - 관련 분야 3년 이상의 경력 보유자 - Automotive 요구사항에 대한 이해도 (IATF16949, 5 Quality core tool, Gemba-work 등) - Electromechanical part의 공정에 대한 이해도 (릴레이, 모터, 케이블, 메카트로닉스 등) - 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 - VDA6.3 프로세스 오디터 우대 - Bachelor's degree or above - Familiar with automotive culture. e.g. IATF16949, 5 manuals, Gemba walk - Familiar with electromechanical parts process technologies, e.g. relays, motor, cable, mechatronics,.. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Good command of English - VDA6.3 auditor certificate is a plus; |
