| 모집내용 | ※ 직무개요 Finance Manager (과장, 차장급) Job Descriptions • Provide monthly & yearly financial reports and interpret/deep dive on financial information to management staff with recommendation of course of action • Advise on investment activities and provide needed strategies • Maintain the financial health of the organization • Analyze various key data points of company’s actual performances compared to the business plan by each business unit • Review and drive cost reduction opportunities • Prepare and monitor company’s budget and develop necessary procedures and processes to guide employees to adhere to set budget guidelines • Liaise with auditors as needed to assist and ensure financial records are tracked accurately, adhering to local finance rules and regulations • Keep close track of account payable and receivable and develop an effective collection procedures on long overdue accounts ※ 자격조건 Job Qualifications • Must hold BA degree in either Economics or finance, post grad degree a big plus • 5-7 years of working experiences in multi-level finance roles • Must hold a strong analytical mind and be able to work in a fast moving environment • Msst be able to build lock solid working relationship with all business units • A detail oriented mind with firm desire to deep dive into data • Must have a solid hold on building various finance reports/executive management review deck on a monthly, yearly, and as need base. • Must hold strong English proficiency, both written & spoken |
