| 모집내용 | ※ 직무개요 - 국내외 법무 6년~ 과장급 - 리테일 (패션, 제화, 스포츠 분야 경험자 선호) 분야 경험자 ※ 자격조건 - 대졸이상, 법무 전공 - 글로벌 유통사 출신 - 영어능통(미국본사에 reporting 하고, 한국&일본 Aisa 지역을 담당) •Provide legal advice and suggest action plan or solution to assigned business division on their day-to-day business operations •Assist the global legal manager to investigate, research and resolve legal matters within corporate policies to achieve an advantageous company position •Provide effective legal services including but not limited to the followings by reporting to global legal manager: d-raft and review documents and contracts -Establish standard form of agreements -Establish relevant legal policies and procedures to assist the assigned business division to better protect the group’s interests -Identify the legal issues under any contract or document or applicable laws and the related risks in law -Conduct legal research, interpret law, rulings and regulations -Gather information and locate relevant documentation for the assessment of the merits of all legal actions affecting the relevant business division and relate the same to external lawyers for further advice -Help negotiate resolution of legal and business disputes for the designated areas of responsibility to promote amicable resolution of disputes. •Manage compliance-related matters including all aspects of communication and education to ensure full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and all related legal policies and procedures are properly followed •Review legal enquiries from global or other Rockport Group offices and provide relevant directions to resolve the issue •Manage and provide appropriate legal guidelines for handling product safety issues or PR crisis to minimize negative impact on company •Preferably experience with multinational companies •Excellent client relations skills (including ability to interact with clients at all levels from most senior to most junior) and the ability to build internal relationships •Business acumen and ability to make practical evaluations of risks •Excellent written and verbal communication skills required •Fluency in both Korean and English •Candidates who speak Japanese will be given special consideration •Strong background in contract law, drafting and negotiation and business counselling •Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize substantial and diverse workload •Strong team player •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, minimal |
