About the role…
The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving traffic to our ecommerce sites in Korea while building brand awareness through all digital channels. Our ideal candidate will be very results orientated with a deep understanding of how to balance maximizing exposure and traffic, while building awareness sustainably in Korea.
•Responsible for the full life cycle of all digital campaigns in Korea, from strategic development, execution and reporting on results
•Responsible for acquiring and driving traffic to our online platforms to support our business objectives
•Owns the budget for all digital marketing activities in Korea, including planning future spend and reporting on results (KPI reporting and ROI analysis)
•Plans and balances resources between all digital channels including SEM, display, social, affiliate and programmatic media.
•Owns the creation and regular updates of all keywords for SEM/SEO optimization based on our brand and messaging strategy
•Collaborate regularly with global and regional functions (London & Hong Kong) across multiple departments
•Work closely with external agency to drive local initiatives according to digital marketing strategy by reflect customer demand.
•Plan and execute O2O strategy by collaborate with Retail team and PR team to cater seamless experience toward multi channel customer.
About you…
•3-5 years of experience working in a Korean digital marketing environment (preferably with an apparel / fashion background)
•Fluent in Korean with very good English language skills (verbal & written)
•Excellent organisation and planning skills
•Great communication & presentation skills
•Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
•Excellent analytical, problem solving & decision making abilities
•Experience with using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
•Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities
•Able to periodically travel domestically and internationally |
