| 모집내용 | Doosan Bobcat HQ Strategy Part Leader – 차장급(13년이상) 1.Responsibilities: -Develop business strategy direction of Doosan Bobcat and to implement the organization’s overall strategy, especially in the area of new business development -Support and monitor strategic initiatives on the local level by collaborating with regional strategy team -Manage business process management such as Monthly Business Review, Strategy Initiative Review, MBO, etc. -Close communication and alignment with Doosan Holding Co. in Seoul, involving conclusive and timely reporting as required by Holding Co. -Lead ad-hoc strategic initiatives as needed for enhancing business growth or operational efficiency -Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities (e.g., on the job training, special assignment, projects, etc.) to improve individual and team capabilities 2.Requirements and Qualification: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree -Fluent in Korean and English -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Strategy including internal consulting (총 경력 13년 이상 or equivalent work experience) -Proven leadership experience (more than 3 years) and a natural instinct for business and management, with previous work experience -Experience working on a highly cross-functional team with ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities -Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent presentation skills -Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments *근무지 : 서울 |
