| 모집내용 | [Main Responsibilities] • To lead a team responsible for orchestrating all activities related to ensuring the consistent flow of goods and information from suppliers to end customers and stores including all aspects of Inbound Logistics, Customs and Compliance, Outbound Logistics, Distribution/Warehousing, Customer Operations and Inventory Management. • Direct all local distribution/warehousing and outbound logistics activities which includes selecting and negotiating contracts with 3PL warehousing and outbound freight providers, working with the 3PL warehouse provider on capacity planning and management, ensuring inventory accuracy and prompt resolution to issues. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide excellence in supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and on-time-in-full delivery to stores and customers. • Continuously anticipate and assess local internal and external risks such as capacity shortages, regulatory changes, and infrastructure, port, or carrier issues. Proactively develop plans to mitigate risk and ensure continuity of service. • Manage Customer Operations activities such as order capture, order maintenance, order and availability inquiries, return authorization processing, communication with customers and Sales Teams, analyzing order pool risks, expediting late deliveries, tracking. • Lead the overall Customer Operations area which includes wholesale customer service, demand fulfilment/allocation and consumer/after-sales service. This includes developing and implementing a strategy to provide best-in-class service to customers through organizational design, service coverage, training, processes, technology, policies and procedures. • Team Management & People management [Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities] • Experience in Fashion/Sports/Footwear brand is preferred • More than 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain including distribution/warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics, customs, and compliance • Leadership experience required • Experience leading warehouse transitions and inventory moves. • Deep legal and regulatory acumen including but not limited to logistics contracts, service level agreements, statements of work, customs and trade compliance regulations. • Highly developed supply chain process expertise and understanding of current best practices, partners and technology to optimize cost, efficiency, visibility and service from supplier to customer. • Highly inclusive, transparent, communicative, and collaborative, working closely with other functions and stakeholders in planning, decision-making, facilitating, and process improvement to achieve win-win solutions. • Well-developed skills in negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution • Readily adapts to change and constantly seeks new challenges and opportunities to improve • Good in English (no need to be native speaker level) |
