| 모집내용 | □ Requirements Experience of implementing and managing global-level safety management system Experience of managing process/industry/work safety in civil engineering and construction field Owner of internationally recognized safety manager certifications □ Scope of Work 1. Primary Assignments 1) To enhance H safety management system after bench-marking global safety management system - Purpose and target of our safety inspection is the zero casualty of the site under our own PM 2) To inspect the safety of H construction sites ( related with fall, equipment, collapse and fire ) ( Most of the sites are building structures ) - Inspection areas are mostly in Korea ( Few overseas project inspection ) - Most of the sites are within a day's travel distance ( Some remotes sites will require a single night stay ) - 10 inspections per month on average 3) To produce inspection result documents in MS PowerPoint format, in English, providing photos of risk factors, in-depth analysis, counter-measures and risk reduction guidelines - After a day's inspection, the safety manager will provide an initial report to on-site construction staffs with inspection photos - The official inspection report shall be completed by the end of the following day of the inspection and be sent to the site staffs via email ( Korean staff will assist in managing email report ) 2. Secondary Assignments 1) To support employer - In case of requests for on-site safety management or explanations of safety-related work by the relevant employers, the safety manager may take charge of this support 2) To support safety training video making - In case of request for in-house safety training video making, the safety manager may support the video making of overseas project safety-related training ( Within an hour for each class. May happen twice or three times per year ) 3) To review safety-related documents of overseas projects - May be required to review English procedure forms of H overseas projects or international accident investigation documents in English - May be required to join video conference related with the above issues □ Condition of Employment Annual Salary : ( May differ by experience level ) Tax * H shall responsible for any applicable personal income tax in Korea on Company-source income attributable to this assignment * Excluding any taxes that are due to the employee’s country of origin Housing : 3 Bedroom Furnished apartment provided(excluding utilities costs) Transportation : Provided (rental car) Health Insurance : National health insurance in Korea Vacation(Accrual) : 25 working days per year Flight Tickets : Two round-trip economy flight tickets (per year) Moving Expenses : up to $1,000 * With submission of receipts substantiating expenses |
