| 모집내용 | 유럽차 국내 수입 및 판매업체 Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager(차장급) ※ 직무개요 1. Core Skillsets/Knowledge - Contribute to company marketing transformation in terms of digital marketing parts (디지털 마케팅 영역에 있어서, 회사의 혁신적 마케팅에 기여할 수 있는 분) - Establish and planning of digital marketing strategies based on imported car dealer characteristics (수입 딜러사의 특성을 바탕으로 한, 전반적인 디지털 마케팅 전략 수립 및 기획 보고) - Ability to develop digital marketing plan and calendar (Yearly/Monthly) (연간/월간 디지털 마케팅 기획 및 플래닝) - Perform planning and implementation of all digital marketing activities and report marketing KPIs including key metrics (CVR, Session, Bounce rate, etc.) from GA (Google Analytics) to the Director (GA 주요 지표를 기준으로 한, 마케팅 플랫폼 및 디지털 마케팅 활동 플래닝/실행/리포팅) - Knowledge and experience of targeting and ability to utilize it to grow leads and conversions (리드와 전환율을 올리기 위한, 타겟 티드 마케팅에 대한 경험과 지식) - Experience with Google Analytics and ability to gauge ads, SNS and homepage performance success/issues through data (광고, 홈페이지, SNS 퍼포먼스를 GA를 기반으로 분석할 수 있는 능력) - Webpage, App, and SNS (Kakaochannel, Instagram, YouTube etc.) channel operation, content planning, and performance analysis (웹, 앱 및 SNS -인스타그램, 유튜브, 카카오채널- 컨텐츠 계정 운영, 컨텐츠 기획 및 성과 분석) - Experience as Project Manager(PM) (PM 경험) 2. Communication skills - Ability to work closely with digital marketing agency to ensure ads are effective and drive results (디지털 마케팅 에이전시와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력) - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives (업무와 연결되는 유관 부서 들과의 협력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력) 3. Budget management(마케팅 예산관리 및 운영) ※ 자격조건 - Minimum BA/BS, preferably with a strong coursework focus on in Marketing, Communication, Business administration, or Design - Relevant work and/or experience in digital marketing - Good command in written and verbal English - Excellent in Excel, Power-point - Experience in Automobile, FMCG, Entertainment or IT industry is highly preferred - Good knowledge & Know-how on digital system, digital marketing, high-end customers - Collaborative leadership - Good in problem solving & communication skills |
