| 모집내용 | ※ Job Functions and Responsibilities 1. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (i.e., more important and/or more frequently performed functions & responsibilities): - Tracking performance data about monthly tenant’s gross sales, revenue, expense, lease term. (월간 테넌트 총 매출, 수입, 지출 보고서, 임대 계약 정보, 등 쇼핑센터 실적 관련 정보수집. ) - Prepare regular reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection. (자산 재무 실적, 임대현황, 테넌트 임대수익관련 보고서 작성) - Forecast Monthly, Quarterly and Annual NOI results. (연간, 분기, 월간 손익 예측) - Formulate and create annual NOI budget (연간 손익 예산 작성) - Analyze sales, revenue performance and expense result. (매출, 수입 실적 및 비용 결과 분석) - Assist to manage valuation for assets and update the asset register. (자산 평가 및 자산내역에 대한 관리 지원) - Work closely with the shopping center management team for efficient management (쇼핑센터팀과 긴밀하게 협력하여 효율적인 운영 관리) 2. Secondary Job Functions and Responsibilities (i.e., less important and/or less frequently performed functions & responsibilities): - Support to produce the annual business plan for all stakeholders. 이해관계자(이사회, 투자사)를 위한 연간 사업계획 전략 수립 지원 업무. - Prepare periodic reporting to investors as requested. 투자에게 요구된 주기적인 보고 준비 업무 - Prepare reports requiring approval from all stakeholders 모든 이해관계자(이사회, 투자사)의 승인이 필요한 보고서 작성 - Review and verify all reports that the shopping center management team needs to approve. 쇼핑센터 매니지먼팀에서 승인이 필요한 모든 문서 확인 및 검토. - Communicate with Joint Partner to manage risk management, special issue, marketing activity, operation management 쇼핑센터의 리스크 관리, 주요이슈, 마케팅 활동, 운영관리를 위한 커뮤니케이션 - Research retail market retail trends and competitor research 유통 트렌드 조사 및 경쟁사 조사 ※ Job Requirements - 4년제 대졸 이상 - BA/BS degree preferred. Additional experience may substitute for degree. @ Experience - Experience working at retail industry such as Shopping center / Outlet / Department store / Complex center, etc. 유통관련 쇼핑센터, 아울렛, 백화점, 복합 센터 근무 및 자산운영 유 경력자 - Minimum 5 to Maximum 10 years of Finance management / Business strategy / Asset management / Operation management, ideally in an international retail business environment 재무관리, 영업기획(전략기획), 자산관리, 운영관리, 외국계(유통 자산 운영관련) 해당직무 경력 5-10 년 - Proficient Data analysis skills preferred 데이터분석 역량 보유자 선호 @ Level of Work - Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. - Evaluates and investigates issues that arise and communicates the findings with the proper party. - Normally received general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work. @ Functional/Technical Skills - Strong financial background with experience in financial modeling. - Strong analytical, communication and organization skills; attention to detail. - Proficient with Power point, Excel and Word - Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean - Strong time management skills ※ 응시방법 - 한글, 영문이력서, 경력기술서, 자기소개서, 사진파일첨부 - 이메일지원 ysnam@headhuntkorea.com - 남윤석 부장 02.557.3225 / 010.8530.0011 |
