| 모집내용 | ※ 직무개요 • Communication Planning, Strategy & Execution - Establish both short and long term PR strategies based on brand vision and value proposition by performing market and customer insights analysis - Develop overall local PR strategy based on global group strategy and local wishes to strengthen Company brand image - Plan and execute PR communications and media actions on all channels, including targeted online/offline media to ensure the best performance - Plan and implement editorial tie-up plan for the most optimized result in terms of quality and target reach - Find creative ideas for optimized exposure in the most desirable press and digital environment in addition to PR tools • Media Relation & Press release: - Manage overall Company press release to relevant press. Manage all press requirements including distribution of press materials (print, broadcast, digital) - Continue to increase brand awareness and relevance through increased earned media efforts - Develop and implement press tools, kits and strategies to be used to reinforce and strengthen consistent brand image and messaging - Manage media inquiries and interview requests - Media agency supervising - Manage daily news clipping • Communication Result Report - Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results with top management - Consolidate all PR activities result and prepare reports based on project. Supervise PR results from print & digital monitoring agencies - Establish and use KPIs to consistently improve coverage performance and brand value on a regular basis - Provide key insights to brand teams to evolve campaign relevancy and PR program success • Risk Management - Lead the PR process, risk assessment, identify key concerns, and address issues with informed communication strategies - Monitor potential risk of Company and industry. Develop strategies and manage/execute action plan • Online Communication Management - Manage online strategy of PR/communication: Planning and development of SNS/online contents in online platforms • Influencers and collaboration: - Generate and secure creative ideas for collaborations and partnerships and participate as active decision maker in conceptualization, execution and development for strategic branding initiatives (develop relationship with key business contracts within partners) • Industry Trend Monitoring: - Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting customers and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy - Industry competition, customer, media trend analysis and report. Track Affiliate brands and competitors’ local activities and analyze its performance. Monitor best practices in local market and share the learnings • Internal Communication: - Interface extensively with internal counterparts in the marketing, sales, CSR teams to collaborate on overall company objectives and key messaging • Others: - Oversee all communications efforts in all subsidiaries to control accuracy, consistency and brand messaging - Reach out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility - Plan and manage PR budget and expense ※ 자격조건 • At least 13+ years of relevant experiences (marketing, PR, communication) • Minimum 3- 5 years of PR experiences in related industry including agency experiences • Excellent interpersonal relations and enriched automobile media network. • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (PR, communication, advertisement, business) • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environments • Confident and go-getter under pressure • Comfortable in public speech & presentation • Computer skills: MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Korean & English |
