모집내용 - Manage the full range of HR activities and operations for Korea office, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefits management, Recruiting, Training & Development, budgeting, Employee Relations & Engagement and HRIS.

- Manage key HR processes in alignment with HR policies and practices as well as working closely with HR team in Asia and HQ.

- Work closely with hiring manager to manage the recruitment process.

- Establish credibility and works effectively throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues

- Contribute to the execution of the HR Strategy and control the plan for his/her assigned business units and teams. Coaches Leadership Team members to ensure a consistent approach and timely execution of all relevant HR processes throughout the Company.
- Support company efforts to drive a high preforming culture by counselling managers and supervisors. Provide advice on how to optimize alignment of employee efforts to business strategies and objectives.
- Partners closely with local business leaders and participates in cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to drive objectives and impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the corporation, including employee development, succession, and workforce planning programs.
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop and promote a variety of communication tools to ensure employee engagement. Draft employee communications, field questions, and address company policy questions
- Review, develop, and champion strategies, organizational structures, and succession planning designed to further organizational development efforts in support of management initiatives and planning
- Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company. Screen and interview candidates
- Support company efforts to drive an “Active Performance Management” culture by counselling managers and supervisors, and work toward problem resolutions relating to performance management, corrective actions, and employee relations issues
- Champion the HR initiatives including assisting managers in maintaining accurate job descriptions, providing guidance to management in the use and application of salary ranges, compensation tools, performance ratings, and succession/development plans
- Accountable for the oversight employee relations for his/her Business Units. Conduct sensitive and confidential investigations as required; document and follow-up as necessary
- Assess a variety of situations, often complex in nature; either take, or recommend, action as appropriate
- Continually enhance knowledge of country’s regulations, current trends, and best practices pertaining to Human Resources. Provide expertise and ensure that practices comply with regulations and ethical guidelines. Ensure proper adherence of all government laws and regulations in the various countries and assist the international leaders.
- Partner with management to create strategic goals that support Partner with the Talent Management Team to support and drive development initiatives in the areas of training, career/succession planning and other organizational development efforts.
- Partner with the Director of Compensation and Benefits to manage annual salary review process, promotions/salary adjustments and bonus round.
- Perform special assignments or projects assigned by Senior Human Resources.
- Knows HR principles, is customer oriented, applies HR policies and procedures, manages resources, and uses HR tools effectively. Help drive continuous improvement in all areas of HR in support of the business.
- Responsible for engagement of employees, including arrangement of employee events.
- Management of various employee related office administration and benefit administration such as company transportation, parking, and facility management issues.
- Work closely with Asia payroll manager by providing local updates related to payroll
- Responsible for HR budget including monthly RFC and annual budget forecasting based on headcount plan
- Oversee general administration function as assigned.




Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching, consulting, influencing.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, be able to escalate the issue/problem with proposed solutions to senior level when needed
Strong ownership to drive the things happen and lead to the targeted result
Customer oriented and approachable, good team player
Fluent in Korean and English (written and oral)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with change
Excellent MS-Office skills are required; Familiar with an HRIS system
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior management
Hands-on exposure to Compensation, HRIS, Benefits, Employee Relations, succession planning and/or Organizational Development
Must be able to manage priorities remotely and work closely with a remote HR peers
Confidential and discreet, with a high sense of emotional intelligence
