| 모집내용 | ※ 직무개요 - Assess and evaluation of components with new technologies and suppliers based on technical requirement (e.g. from development, manufacturing, supplier, process technologies) - Supplementing the technical requirement with quality relevant features and requirement of components - Coordination of technical content with various specialist departments and suppliers. - Comparison of QM documents and specification for release of components as well as new technologies and suppliers - Selection of potential supplier from quality point of view and coordination of the portfolio of possible supplier with the departments (Development, production, Purchasing), and carry out supplier evaluation (VDA6.3 audits) - Assessment of risks in material, component and supplier selection and qualification - Plan, carry out and document audits. Monitor compliance and effectiveness of audit measures - Participation in cross-location programs to increase supplier quality as well as continuous optimization of the quality on processes at supplier - Coordination and tracking SQM activities within a project, and reporting of project status and escalation topic to the management - Monitoring of delivery quality based on quality indicators (PPM, Incidents, CpK) ※ 자격조건 - Bachelor or above degree in Engineering (above 3 years of experience in Automotive industries) - Good MS office Skill - Good command of English |
