| 모집내용 |
contract Type: 1 year contractor
Main purpose of the job / Mission:
Manage project on time, on specification and on budget.
Reports/communicates to overall project manager and/or steering committee.
Key tasks:
1. To execute and to guard the order process
Project Initiation:
• Doing kick-off meeting with sales to prepare the drawing based on the contract with customer and receiving the document such as POS, OSF, etc.
• Documenting the benefits, costs and available options within a business case
• Establishing standards and guidelines for the project.
Project Planning:
• Creating a schedule outlining the sequence of activities and tasks on the project
• Scheduling labor, equipment and material resources within the project
• Budgeting financial expenditure throughout the project
• Documenting the customer acceptance criteria for each project deliverable
Project Execution:
• Maintaining the project plan to keep those involved informed of progress against the schedule
• Controlling expenditure to ensure delivery within the approved project budget
• Ensuring that adequate quality assurance and control techniques are undertaken to meet the quality targets specified in the Quality Plan
• Managing the approval of all project change requests
• Raising project risks and recommended mitigation plans for approval
• Resolving all project issues currently affecting the project
• Gaining customer acceptance of each deliverable produced by the project
Project Closure:
• Documenting a project closure report and gaining approval from the Project Sponsor
• Undertaking all actions necessary to close the project
• Communicating closure of the project to all project stakeholders.
2. Internal organization
• In actively involved in the process of changing existing procedures/ system procedures/ system
• Delivers ideas in order to increase the efficiency of the order process
3. Customer relationships
• Get feedback from customers on AL product and the activity of order execution
• Actively involved to satisfy customer’s request and solve customer’s claim as early as possible
4. Commercial activity
• Secure final retention as early as possible
• Take care of variation orders in project execution
5. Sales Activity
• Support sales in technical wise
Qualification
• Total 3 years of relevant experience including minimum 1 year exp in project engineering experience, EPCs or international projects working experience is preferred
• Educational background in instrument, mechanical, chemical engineering preferred
• Fluent English preferred, verbal & written |
