| 모집내용 | Responsibilities • Responsible for assessment of candidate projects and technical oversight of preclinical program. • Drives allogenic strategy and cell biochemistry efforts on multiple projects in digestive system • Applies knowledge in gene editing along with cell and molecular biology to and allogenic or universal donor therapy • Establishes and implements of cell therapy strategy including proof of concept (POC). optimization and preclinical development leading to clinical trial • Manages interactions with external academic, biotech and contract research organizations (CRO), engage external research environment and establish collaborations consistent with internal strategies. • Mentor and develop direct R&D reports, oversee and supervise the company’s IP portfolio, lab documentation for its R&D pipeline. Required Skills • PhD in Medicinal, biology and similar department, 10 + years of industry experience; strong working knowledge of experience with in-vitro, in-vivo (mouse ideally) moving to clinic, cell therapy, allogenic or universal donor cell, and pluripotent stem cell. • more 5 years in managerial positions, with a track record of advancing discovery projects into early clinical development. • Understanding of the principles underlying cell therapy and biological target mechanism. • Strong publication or patenting track record, at least 10 years’ experience in cell and molecular discovery with a good understanding of both discovery and preclinical and early clinical development. • preferred therapeutic area are digestive system |
