Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
Responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Standard & Complex Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries.
Responsible for the activation of the internal processes for the order execution.
• Manage the order to cash process for Standard & Complex Orders, from the order acceptance to invoicing
(Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date.
• Management of the Zero-Tax docs.
• Backlog and WIP maintenance.
• Claims administration.
Requirements / Qualification
• Min. 2~3 years’ experience in order handling process for Marine business
• Preferred to have University graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication in English
• Customer service skills
• MS Office skills |
