| 모집내용 | ■ Goals: Proactively lead development activities for reducer gearboxes, in close collaboration with local and global project teams. System configuration or define the application of an existing technology, according to specified customer needs. Includes customer consulting and solutions development for the customer. Set out and manages respective projects, budgets and resources, and ensure effective tools, methods and processes. ■ Preferences: At least bachelor’s degree in engineering At least 5 years work experience in transmission development Reducer system development experience including gear and bearing design for an electric drive system. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Strategic Thinking and Cooperative Working Attitude Structured Approach for Task Management and Strong Target Orientation Fluent English - Written and Spoken ■ Tasks: Ensures adaptation of products and systems out of the existing product portfolio according to specified customer needs. Ensures the full assessment of customer requirements as a basis of application development activities. Ensures the translation of customer requirements into technical specifications as well as the release of the specifications after the 4-eyes principle. Ensures the technical project management. Ensures the development of applications according to defined and agreed specifications. Ensures the product release externally (ensuring that the customer receives the optimal solution). |
