모집내용 Responsibilities:

• Own ultimate responsibility for achieving subscription unit targets
• Ensure adherence to Adobe mandated sales process
• Motivate sales team to exceed subscription unit targets and conversion rate targets
• Assist in the recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of new Adobe Inbound, Outbound and
Chat Sales Agents as necessary.
• Proactively identify and drive changes needed to improve sales efficiencies and increase overall
subscription unit targets.
• Assist in the closing of sales as necessary.
• Act as point of contact for team concerns/issues and escalate to Adobe Management
• Oversee the handling of data as requested by Adobe, including sales reports

Skills & qualification required:

• Excellent Cantonese/Taiwanese written and verbal communication skills required
• Good English required; comprehension and spoken
• Minimum three years sales experience required (Outside sales, Inside sales, Tele-sales, Chat Sales
etc.)
• Minimum two years management and/or supervisory experience
• Ability to lead others in a high-pressure, quota-driven sales environment
• College degree preferred
• Strong sales mentality and assertive sales attitude
• Strong business mindset with emphasis on critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written
communication, leadership, and sales analysis
• Experience producing documents, flowcharts, and spread sheets using various software
applications.
